		<description>@Sandi - This seems very much like a drainage issue. I would say that if water sits for more than 48 hours the situation should be addressed with your subcontractor (or builder) depending on the situation. It should fall under your warranty.</description>

		<description>We had a townhome built 2 years ago and every time it rains - we have a small pond all around our home.  This stays in our yard several days after it raining.  Does this mean that our yard was not properly graded??</description>
